im nto sure but BF plays one massive role:
FIRE /DISEASE
the higher the BF the higher the tick. vs a person with 400bf my 132str fire was hittign over 300. ill have to do some testing

While testing out a new 'zerker last night with a 70% wound rating, we noticed something... Even shots that were dodged for no damage (test target was a fencer), still had a good chance to deal wounds & BF. Now, I know that wounds are useless given the strength of buffs, but this gun was dealing 120+ BF a minute. In a long drawn out group fight (where I don't get my butt kicked in), IF a Jedi is taking that kind of BF, I may not be able to kill him past his saber block but I'd sure be able to cripple him. If absolutely nothing else, he'll need to spend some serious quality time with an entertainer or two before he can re-buff...
Anyone know if wounds & BF will pass saberblock?

the wonders of /totalhealself2... it takes care of everything you have.. wounds, fatigue, walks the dog and does the dishes while singing and dancing.
Luckily it's only jedi master healers that can do it in one move.
