Actually if you read the CU armor document that thunderheart posted they are dropping AP all together.
who knows about therange - it is a big technical issue /shrug
as for accuracy while moving - wait and see.

Please remember that rumors are just that. Rumors.
The sandbox testing has not even begun yet. Even when it does you'll hear rumors. But also remember that the sandbox is the Alpha testing. Things that are there can and will change based on testing. There will also likely be changes between Beta and Live as other bugs and issues are exposed.
We've got a long way ahead of us. Anything like this is just speculation.
Feels like I keep coming back for punishment... because I'm back to discuss another "nerf." Specifically, the T21.
The T21 was underpowered a while back, and we fixed some bugs that had made it that way, Now its true power is revealed, and we're scared. It seems able to do multiple thousands of points of damage in a single hit when used with specials. It's not supposed to.
So we're looking at these changes. What do you think?
