Hey guys,

I'm a Carbineer but have a rifle question. The other day I looted a laser rifle that seemed to have unusually high damage. Would appreciate an opinion on it:

Laser Rifle

Cond 517/750

AP: medium

AS: 6.9

Damage

Type: Energy

Min: 17

Max: 493

Wound: 9.0%

Range Mods:

Point blank: -80 @ 0m

Ideal: +14 @ 60m

Max: -50 @ 64m

Special Attack costs:

Health: 10

Action: 20

Mind: 58

Appreciate your expertise on the matter. Thanks.

yes that is very high. The thing with laser rifles though is, the min is so low (on all of them) that the damage range isnt very reliable. Also its AP medium. All in all though thats a nice laser rifle, too bad it doesnt have any dots.

It's good, but I think there can be better, or very close to the same, damage player crafted.
Still, a nice drop.

yeah i bought a player crafted one with 601 max damage. Not sure what the min damage is but thats a pretty high max damage and the great thinga bout this is i only bought it for 35k

and the rituals that fade away, and the roses that cease to be laid, and it's clear to me that we're one foot in a very shallow grave

It has a nice Ham cost on it though. I would keep it, it may become more valuble lator on.
