I brought this idea from the loot forum where a question was asked about soloing upper level Tuskens. My experience has only been with a melee stacker template and keeping them in melee range. I have also been hit by 4k hits and one 7k hit while driving to the squill cave before.
My question is this can an executioner be soloed at range with any reasonable expectation of repeatable success without the use of legendary/exceptional rifles or great DOT rifles in the riflemans pack? We are assuming a spd capped rifleman with a high level (playercrafted) T21 and tons of ranged def, counterattack and block thrown in from either some stacking or SEAs.
This seems like it would be one of the great solos for a rifleman and I am curious if it would be repeatable with any real expectaion of being successful. I know there is always a chance at it would be successful and of failure too but without exceptional luck and/or weapons is this a fight that could be won?

Consistently won... you have ranged defences as a rifleman so while he may strafe you for 7000 if you are in melee combat it is much less likely as a rifleman. With an average t-21 and some kiting ability you can destroy executioners. Good buffs, good armor and a respectable T-21 = win if you engage outside of the tuskan caves under the fort... in the fort caves it becomes a matter of luck.

I've dragged SBD's thousands of meters from 0, 0 while incredibly slowly whittling their mind down. I've dragged an ancient krayt from around the graveyard to mos espa (lol, after CharPrime said he did it here on the forums I had to try). Kiting allows you to take anything you want out with a little patience. Expectation of success can never be 100% with kiting something big as they can catch you from time to time, but with a little practice a tusken executioner would go down pretty fast with kiting and decent gear.
