Hi all.

Can it really be true that I can cap all specials with a 7.0 speed T21 with only 96 speed (MR + 6+ speed)?

97 with strafeshot 2 (got it right this time ) and you will fire at 1 sec with a gun under 10 seconds (or there about) but it's all in the FAQ which i suggest you read

Hehe, just find yourself a crappy +1 Riflespeed off the Bazaar and youll be sorted for every Rifle out there.
