Greetings all. I just wanted to express my feelings on something great that occurred to me, and thought that you'd be tired of all the nerf cries so some well-thought realizations may be good for you.

Riflemen by no means need a nerf, they are not as pvp overpowered as everyone thinks...you just need to be good enough to know of viable counters. However, that aside, the point of this thread is to say that imo riflemen are exactly where a prof should be in this game.

They have a great selection of weapons with high ap and several damage types, do great damage, have lots of useful specials(to my understanding, has no useless specials like most other profs...as soon as they fix bleeds), and have sub-par internal defenses to off-set this.

Even without templates and dabbling, this prof is great, and from what my friends say alot of fun. I am aware that they have for too little difficulty in soloing high-end creatures (ie krayts) so there needs to be some adjustments made, but as a whole riflemen are in a really good place atm.

Well that's all I had to say, I really do hope you all avoid the nerf bat, and I hope that none of you start complaining when the other combat profs are brought up to balance at your level - as that should be the proper course of action for the devs.
