People keep claiming to be able to mind shot for 1500 damage in pvp

I had my master rifleman friend duel me when I was unarmored

I had 1 synthsteak 2 brandys 1 canape and full mind buffs

He missed quite a bit on me and when he did hit me it was for 200 damage

He hit me once for 400 once I think my synthsteak wore off

Now this was with me having no armor on he was using a high damage T21 and stacking aim 3x

If I put on armor it reduces it even further with my 36% stun and 66% rest suit

Is this normal?

its doable with strafe2 - that regularly hits for 6k against low/no energy resists. i guess you have ranged damage mitigation from something right? that would take a huge chunk off the damage too...
