Speed caps, Chance to hit, damage multiplied by this for this. . .
I'm missing the mark when it comes to understanding the numbers, consequently i seem to be giving some other people not so good advice. So, How canI get a better grasp of this so I can utilize it to my full advantage?
I see the +1- Accuracy, +5 Speed, etc. It's self explanatory, but how do I read this to see what compliments what?

holy shiz theres about a 700 point dmg per second increase when you hit master!

Yup. Its a geometric increase in DPS the higher your speed mod is. Why do you think people spend millions on a +3 Rifle Speed mod?
Check out DPS with a master mod of +90 speed. Then check it with +95. I surrendered scout the smae day i saw those numbers.
