You have the specialization titles for the different strings.
Sniping I-IV Gives you the title SNIPER
Concealment I-IV gives you ASSASSIN
Counter Sniping I-IV gives you GUNNER
Rifle Abilities I-IV gives you SOLDIER

if you want to see the titles for all professions just open the skill menu select all skills not just yours and pick a class you want to check out. when you hover over a skill box with the mouse it will display the title for that skill for you.

hover it over the 4th box only in each tree...once u train a fourth box in a tree you can wear the title.

How is it decided which title shows above your head when others see you? Not just for combat professions, but say I'm a Master Artisan and a Master Rifleman (I'm not, but just for arguments sake). I know Rifleman is an elite profession, so will it be the one to show up? What if I wanted people to see that I ama Master Artisan instead? Can you change whichtitle others see?

Hit Ctrl+P to bring up the 'Community' box. Go to the 'Character' tab on that and find the 'Title' drop-down menu. From there, you can select a title. Have fun

There is also a command, /setCurrentSkillTitle. The syntax is tricky, and not documented anywhere that I can find. But easy enough to use for most Novice or Master titles. The syntax is:
/setCurrentSkillTitle class_profession_title
For Master Rifleman, you would use:/setCurrentSkillTitle combat_rifleman_master
For Novice Marksman, you would use: /setCurrentSkillTitle combat_marksman_novice
All the professions should work with master and novice provided you get the "class_profession_" part correct as explained below. I cannot tell you much about thebranch titles, like "Gunner," because they are not documented, but I have explained what I have been able to find below.
To clear your title (at least until you log back in), use: /setCurrentSkillTitle
(with no titile after it).
Note that, like when you set it with the interface, the last title you used will be back when you log back in even if you clear it this way.
You may be thinking that this is a lot of typing even if you can figure out the syntax, but remember you can put this in a macro or an alias and with the punch of a key or a couple of keystrokes, you can set your title to a standard one without having to search through the Ctrl-P dialog.
For instance, if you run around with Master Rifleman up, you could create an alias called, /notitle, and type that in and hit enter to clear your title just before going into PvP.
To create the notitle alias, type /alias notitle /setCurrentSkillTitle.
You can do the same for putting the title back up: E.g., /alias stdtitle /setCurrentSkillTitle combat_rifleman_master
would create an alias /stdtitle which, if you typed that in, would automatically change your title to Master Rifleman.
For other possibilities, see the discussion below:
This command works, but it is tricky because"profession" is self-explanatory and"class" is a little trickier, but the "title" is little of what you would expect.
Profession = the profession in question (rifleman, doctor, medic, etc...)
Class =outdoors, social, science, crafting, or combat
Since I do not have all professions to test with, these are just my best guesses:
outdoors: scout, ranger
social: entertainer and its elite professions
science: medic, doctor
crafting: artisan and its elite professions
combat: marksman, rifleman, pistoleer, carbineer, brawler, tka (don't know what word to use for it, though), fencer, swordsman, pikeman
The others, I could not say. For instance, is a bioengineer a crafting, outdoors, or science profession? IsCombat Medic science or comat? I assume that BH is considered combat, but it required master scout when this command was created, so it could also be an "outdoors" class. And so on. Since I do not have all skills to test with and since this, like almost every other command, is undocumented, there is no way to tell what each profession is without testing it.
Once you move out of Master or Novice territory for the column titles, it gets difficult because of the title not being easily discernable for the branch titles, like "Gunner.". The do not make sense in every case, and I have seen no list showing them all. Here is some of what I have been able to find out.
For the title from a specific branch in the tree, it seems to always be somekeyword_04. The "keyword" is directly tied to the column name, but sometimes it only has a vague connection. Sometimes it is similar between professions with similar skills, sometimes it is not. For instance, class_profession_abilities_04 seems to work for some professions, but not others. I could not say which branch title in which profession that works with, but you can try it on your profession and see if it works. Stimpack Chemist (the crafting branch of Medic) will come up with science_medic_crafting_04, but science_doctor_crafting_04 did not work for its crafting line, as I recall.
Here are some suggestions from a thread on another website (SWGCrafting.COM ?) that I saw once. I could not test these, so they may or may not work:
Personal Trainer would be /setCurrentSkillTitle social_imagedesigner_bodyform_04
Businessman would be /setCurrentSkillTitle crafting_artisan_business_04
Apprentice Gunfighter would be /setCurrentSkillTitle combat_marksman_pistol_04
Explorer would be /setCurrentSkillTitle outdoors_scout_movement_04
Hunter would be /setCurrentSkillTitle outdoors_scout_harvest_04
Businessman would be /setCurrentSkillTitle crafting_artisan_business_04
Apprentice Gunfighter would be /setCurrentSkillTitle combat_marksman_pistol_04
Explorer would be /setCurrentSkillTitle outdoors_scout_movement_04
Hunter would be /setCurrentSkillTitle outdoors_scout_harvest_04
Some are obvious, others less so. As I said, there is no definitive documentation, so I have never seen them all listed.

don't get the Assasin name...usualy when u are hired to kill someone u are an assasin...unless ur in PvP u can't (just NPC's) i think that title would be better fit somewhere in the BH tree like under Inest 4. Stalker kinda sounds creepy...Investigation 4! along with the title Stalker, u will receive a Camera, and a List of the most Famous SWG players!
