What are the best skills and weapons to use for PvP, PVE.

I see people in pvp knocking people down and they flop around etc.

WhenI try itI usually get own especially against tka or fencer. LOL

Is there a specific order in using the skills what am I not getting?

Using a high accuracy rifle

Flushing 2 till the stun sticks (reduces target defences)

then if you want to dizzy try Flurry 2 to dizzy them and supression 1 to force then down (will not cause them to fall but if they try to stand while dizzy... then they flop like a fish. This is as clse to a knockdown as we get - it is not that useful believe me and with TK's they have combat equilibrium which cancels most of this effect

else after the flushing 2 sticking a stun on them... try your headshot 2/3 with a jawa (can get around some armor but significantly reduced by a shield gen) t-21 (cuts through armor and shield) or the Dxr6b (which ignores the shield)

I feel lately there has been a general move away from the jawa in the rifle community from the posts read lately (I don't pvp much anymore so I have no real clue) to the DXR6b as it is much more accurate (greater change of hitting to stick the effect vs those unhittable templaters)and acid is not affected by a shield

before you enter battle

buff your mind, brandy/canapes, entertainer buffs, Moun Gold

try thaktillo for knockdown resistance

get a doc to give you disease and poison resistance buffs

synthasteak for damage reduction

80%(90% sliced) armor

full doc health and action buffs
