I'm making some money soloing 30K missions on dant but there has to be other ways to make money (or find some good drops). Any ideas. I'm soloing mostly since all my buddies are space cadets.

The 30k mission are a good way to always have an income, thought it is slow and boring. Yesterday, I soloed a Giant Dune Kimo (on Lok) and Looted 9 GDK scales, This dop is VERY rare but it is needed for RIS armor. I put all 9 on my vendor at 3 million each, sold out in 12 Hours. Easy 27 Million!
Krayt a very good, but are Impossible to find unless you go out when they are spawning, everybody hunt them. They drop Pearls, Tissues, COmp Segments, and Scales. The tissues and Peral are very valueable, tha is how I made my first 50 Million just Krayt hunting.

I'm kinda scared to hit stuff like that until my I've got better equipment. Catch-22. I have NEVER once looted anything of value. Ever. Then again maybe I got some stone knife of invinciblity off a Janta and didn't know better. I got killed by a Mokk Shaman today too so I'm pretty easy prey when out of my element (surprise, not getting aggroed by non-mission targets in the middle of a mission etc.). Of course I was dumb and not wearing armor and I was using my own crappy 1600 buffs. Still, my T21 does 511 at 7.4. My DXR is better but not against acid resists. I have NO speed enhancements. Hell I don't got nuthing. What should I even spend money on short of a +5 speed tape? I would so rather risk death killing cool stuff than doing those cash missions but I figure you gotta be a little afraid to die. I got some quest on Dath to go to a Nightsister cave and was slowly picking my way down in when I realized I wasn't going to beat the respawn and I wasn't even near the hard stuff. I'm going to have to beg some guildmates to get out of their ships or it looks like Jantas for life

Janta aren't bad, make sure they are janta, not Mokks, Mokks are hards. If you have Guildies, you can ask for some money, or organize a Krayt hunt or so. Make sure you get either 80% Kinectic Comp armor, or a much cheaper 70%+ Kinecetic Ubese. It will help you from not dieing. Run Janta mission for about an hour, and you can make 500k easily.
