Yes, it will help you to kill things that you would not normally be able to kill at your level. Sniping III is a fine choice too because I am sure you have noticed that you miss a bit too often Counter-Sniping II followed by III is great for the DXR-6b rifle and Flushingshot2. When using the DXR-6b though, you will need to be sure you have Mind buffs and when using FS2, you'll need a tank since it is AoE and will hit everything within a 30 degree cone in front of you.

If you are deciding between Sniping III or Concealshot, ask yourself this: Are you happy with the rate at which you get xp now? If so, get Sniping III. If not, try out Concealshot.

no, but getting CS 2 will let you use a Dxr6b which is a great gun.

CS was the thing that allowed me to move from solo hunting Shauput, to Bole Bol & Famba. That was a huge step, since I was working scout at the same time.

If you hunt with a party, take the accuracy. CS is little more than a parlor trick in group tactics until your looking athigh levelcontent. It takes forever compared to ms2/hs2, and there's little use hiding from something that the rest of your party is gonna take the agro from any way.

If you hunt solo, CS rocks. Just be ready on the /burstrun, cause if you do agro, here they come. Some scout terrain nav helps a lot here. If you find yourself missing, start using /aim with each shot (Markxxx1). If you still miss, /prone, /aim, /aim, /aim, /bang... Takes a while to get the shot out, but you will almost never miss a slow moving target at or near ideal range. A plus of the slow shooting... You don't need as much (or any) brandy, cause you have more time to heal between shots.

Countersniping 2 and a good speed sliced/powered up dxr6b will get you to master fastest

Sniping. The more accuracy you have, the less time you waste on missed shots, and higher DPS.
