If I obtained a Rifle Speed CA or AA, would the Rifle Speed affect the speed of a 'Heavy Acid Rifle' weapon speed (Under the Commando tree)?

as far as I know it is treated as a heavy weapon and not a rifle so it probably would not work. sorry

Yeah, currently there are no speed tapes for any commando weapons except maybe grenades. Don't be conned into buying a Heavy Weapon Speed tape... these are broken.

Best bet is to get a Krayted flamer (much better than the Heavy Acid Rifle) with whatever other goodies the WS can use to get the speed down... maybe a stock on the flamer? Don't know what they take, but whatever. Then pray for a speed slice :-D
