I am thinking about buying this and I really dont have a lot of cash, but I have enough to buy this. I just wanted to know if this is worth it? If it is not, what would you pay for it. Please be honest. Thanks

I would not pay more then 7-8 mil. maybe 9 if ya want it really bad but 12 is a bit too high. cheers
