What is the most powerful rifle a novice Marksman can use for each type of damage?

For novice marksman that would be the DLT20.

get into marksman 3xxx grab a base krayt laser rifle ( cheap those days)
get high speed slice use 33% speed pup and u have there
a 100-400 dmg rifle aromor piercieng 2 enrgy and around 2.6 speed even better stats
i grinded to master rifle using a rifle similar to that and grind was very quick

spraysticks rule from rifle 3 until novice rifleman, in MY opinion.

All depends what you'd like to hunt. If your going after unarmored targets the Spraystick is my weapon of choice. Very fast rate of fire and min and max damage thats close together but low damage output over all. But you volume of fire you can put out makes up for that.
If it's big game your looking for a Speed Sliced Laser Rifle is nice AP2 High damage, but the Min damage and Max damage are usually far apart, so the amount of damage you can do is a little unpredictable.
And Of course if you want that star wars kind of feeling there is the E11 good all around rifle and it just has that right kind of star wars feeling to it.
