if you want to max your combat xp then master TK first, store up 300k combatxp or close to that, and get rifles 0003, then get a speed sliced t-21 and go at it. another method some people like is getting a spraystick and doing point blank area on quenkers, just to start. if you have a pet or droid tank, or you have a friend who can tank for you. get rifles 0030 asap. flushingshot2 is an aoe cone that does fairly high damage. if you have a tank with a gorup of mobs you can take them out quick and the xp rolls in, if you dont have a tank. go up the sniping line first, for accuracy. ranged support 1 is invaluable for the /aim command so just lay down and click /aim then /headshot2-3 and kneel when they rush you, still using the /aim command for each shot. its easier if you make a macro that queue's up 15 /aim;/headshot2-3 combos so you can click it once and let it run. at first kill quenkers on dant. helps if your in a solo group for the xp bonus and the increased lair spawns but i'm sure you knew that. and when they stop giving 3k xp a kill. move up to graul maulers. they tend to give 4500-5k xp per kill and t21 usually rips though them.

oh and if you didnt know this also. be sure to get some speed sliced VK's and use those going up the unarmed-novice boxes, even without the cert you attack faster and do more damage than being unarmed, quenkers also make this process much easier. but be prepared for a boring grind for an hour or so. since you've done BH inv. tree you should be used to it

I'm a fan of mBrawler/mRifle/mTKA and novice medic. I generally stick to PvE, but in PvP it works fine... as long as you BAF.

BAF is what social mobs do:
Bring A Friend.
the best way to cover your personal weaknesses is to find a complement in other players.

I'm a master TKA/Rifle and master marksman...(for that +5 to speed) btw - use waste's calculator to see the diff between 90 & 95
The only prob mixing rifle with melee is that there are not enough skill points to pick up scout and medic. Scout for maskscent would be nice
as for grinding rifle...I loved the sennex cave..did all of carbine and rifle there
