What i did was got a speed sliced t21 at 5.0 speed and some speed power ups along with those speed stims and got to 4000 because this enables you to have more accuracy

Fastest way starting from Novice rifleman is to go after quenkers with the t21 described above just doing the head shots after you get to 4000 start going for 4040 that last box willl come along because its the combat xp. once you get 4040 hire a swordsman or get a friend to tank piket missions on dant and do the flushing shot 2. you will be getting loads of xp. I mastered RM in about 3 days. Using the strategies above
