Thread: What can a MBH / MM / MRM solo now?

Pre-CU or post-CU?
Pre CU...if you use maskscent, concealshot, and strafeshot in sticky situations you can solo almost anything in the game. (albeit it'll take alot of time using only conceal shot)
Post-CU...maybe a womprat. Maybe. It also depends on the magic number next to its head. If he's one level over you you'll need some squadmates to bring him down under 20 minutes. I reccomend grouping with an Orc, a Dwarf, and a Night-Elf. Night Elves have a +20 slayingdagger against Womprats. That should help.
Oh, and pack some magic missle. Magic missle always works.

ROFL... so, I get the CURB is not a plus with you? I have read a lot about it, and DEFINITELY dont like the proposed level system. It takes all the fun out of it. I am building a new toon that will be a MBH - MRM - MM. He is less that a week old, and thus far I have MM and the four boxes in the explorer line. I came across a POI on Rori that is a Cobral bunker, I think thats the right name. 85% of NPC's con'c red, the rest yellow. Had I not been playing since day one, yes- a yellow con alone could have killed me. Ok, maybe two yellow cons. Anyways, I had some armor on, buffs, Vaserian, Muon, Canape and a good dodge food. Upon arrival I had like 3000 XP for Novice Rifleman. Well, the fight was on. What amazed me was all the different state shots they were throwing at me, sometimes 4-5 aggros at a time. There was more than one time I was flopping like a fish. And there was at least three times where I was very close to dead. But I worked the terrain, pulled well, used all my foods at the right time, placed my shots the right kinds of ways. About 40 minutes later, the I had cleared out the bunker, added 30,000 rilfe xp, and had a ball doing it! So what is wrong with that gaming experience? NOTHING! Now if I tried that on Dath with some NS, I would be writing from the grave right now. KNOWING THAT BY HAVING DIED, it the whole point! Its not Snoopy Simple right now, were learn by doing. I hope they dont change that.

Oh, and by the way... can you send me a waypoint for a really good troll or elven vendor?

any SINGLE critter mob of CL80 or less (player level is capped at CL80).
any SINGLE NPC mob of less than CL70 or so (NPC's don't seem to be quite balanced yet).
grouped? rifles generate more hate than taunting tanks or healers, so depending on our templates, we're likely to fill the roles of NUKER, TANK, and CROWD CONTROL all at once... which isn't a good thing. get your tickets to the cloner early and avoid the long lines later.
