Thread: CU: /cover & /concealshot patch 120155

With the latest patch /cover is working......kind of.
Using maskscent and cover and concealshot I draw aggro, I/E. the target immediatly runs in my direction eventually getting close enough to break cover. This happened on lvl 17 & lvl 78 creatures and lvl 40 NPCs. Gonna test more. Anyone else getting the same results?

good to hear that cover breaks now
now to getour attacksfixed so thatthey don't immediately break cover (er - don't immediately bring aggro?)

ya every time i used it the creature just wondering right towards me right away untill it just broke the cover

Also, the 15m no-object restriction needs to be refined. My own swoop stops me from covering up if I just jump off and try it 
I think only living non-group members should be able to uncover a covered up rifleman. So any player not in the same group as the rifleman and any NPC / critter, but not swoops or lairs. And of course players in the same group that are duelling the rifleman.
Apart from that, the instant sense of the direction the shots are coming from the critters have is annoying and needs to be fixed.

Eskie I totally agree.
It makes cover almost useless when the creatures instantly come charging to where you are.
