Thread: Improved Legshot has no effect

Every time Iuse ImprovedKnee-cap shoton an NPC and the icon shows as it sticking,
the NPC continues to gain ground on me at the same rate. (or the NPC continues to hack on me as I try to run away)
This shot is broken and does not work on NPC's as far as I'm concerned

Improved Leg Shot is a Carbineer attack, a decent damage one as a matter of fact.
If you're meaning Rifleman's Improved Knee-Cap Shot, yes, it is utterly useless.

I think all snares are borked now........ I was Grinding a char on Kauri and noticed that the carb snare don't seem to work anymore and neither does the smuggler snare.....

Tested while hunting for hide. Vs CL80 Naboo Tusk cats. Used kneecap (highest lvl one) and timed to see how long the cats took to get to me, then did the same using ranged shot.
2 second difference. So does 2 seconds mean its working or not? Is 2 seconds enough to cause enough 'slow'-ness. You can stack these, using two one from two diff rifleman will significantly reduce speed, wonder what three would do?
I used a kneecap them kited. I could easily escape and it never caught up, adn eventually lost aggro and fell out of combat.

Every second is a big difference in Combat.
In SWG, every second matters in higher end gameplay, in PvE but especially in PvP.
