Thread: Good rifle or no?

I bought a T21 non-krayt, not sliced here are the stats:
Base speed: 2.41
My Speed: 1.46
Damage: 513-1020
Base DPS: 317.86/sec
My DPS: 526.41/sec
Special cost: 116
This seems like a VERY nice and cheap PVP rifle. What do you guys think?

Eh...well, looks like you have a nice dps (is this nonpuped?) and speed, but that special action cost will haunt you in pvp. You'll be ending up just using ranged shot as to not run out of action from that. Try to find a SAC with lower than 105 or so...116 is kinda steep

without PUP, but I'm alsoa MSL so I'm thinking I don't constantly fire but I use my SL specials and once in a while use sniper shot.
