What food, drinks and spice should I be using for pvp? Im MRM-MRM-P0003. Guess a nice healthpool is nice and some action regen also?

Since your a CM and I believe they use mind you might also keep some Canape and Muon Gold on you (they replinsh mind and health)

Brandy...gives you +200 health and will regen your action quicker, also want to carry some Neutron Pixie on you

neutroine pixie only a minus to health regen rate, which isnt worth trying to increase cause it awfuly slow even while sitting or mediating all other it increase including mind so its good to use, brandy its good as some already said canape not very good as only does use mind and well only in very long pvp fight have i ever worried about my mind pool and im a master doctor. the food id take would be blob candy action regen rate increase for long period of time but atm with out stacking of food, which is a joke, long lasting food are good and bad at the same time.
