Thread: Has there been a change in how much damage specials do? Bleeds?

Hell everyone,
Since the patch is seems that my bleeds have been far smaller and my specials are doing much less damage. Has anyone else noticed this? I have been using fewer specials because it seems they are doing less damage, including the bleeds. Now, dizzy is working much better and I love that, but the others seem to be failing.

It's actually the opposite for me. I solo'd 2 lvl 20 missions and took out all 3 npc's with 2 or 1 HS3 each with a t-21 it was a definate change from last time I did missions, which would take 3 or 4 HS3 for each npc. I thought it was a good change.

Bad news, dude. I agree with blackoutcl. For the 2+ hours I was on last night with the new patch, I felt like my head shots were stronger than normal. No actual data, but that was my gut feel last night. And I was hunting PvE using bleeds the whole time.

Err, sorry... meant to say that "....my bleed shots seemed stronger than normal". (not head shots)
