If the Devs ever fix Bleeds tobereduced by Armor Resists, will Rifleman even be viable in PvP?

And, does Krayt tissue work on Jawa Ion Rifles?

Thank you,

Just do what I do. Sneak up on some poor sap that just got a TEF from attacking a friendly (mission) of yours and then blast him while they least suspect it. I have to admit that it is very low down thing to do but hey it feels so dang good! Plus you are almost gauranteed to win almost every time as long as you plan it well. Heck I even take down creature handlers and stuff this way just because their pet is to busy attacking their target that by the time they realize I am pummeling their brains with energy blasts I have only one shot to go before they are incapped. Also by the time they even start firing I am already running up to them to DB them.

I only use bleeds when I'm running low on mind or just plain running away.

Strafe2, learn it, love it.

For me bleeds are a last act of defiance. They take too long to incap to be useful in most battles. My primary PVP shots are strafe2 and flurry2. (love the dizzy)

Headshots and bleeds are very situational and I only use them if the target is already low mind. Bleeds are usually used on CMs medics and docs and if i am about to go down.

Bleeds are life and death for riflemen who aren't masters.

Which is to say about 95% of them. If not more.

The only way a 4444 rifleman is going to beat a good 0040 BH is by bleeding and running away. If the bleed doesn't hit for much or if you can't get out of range before he starts chasing, you're done. Only a master rifleman can hope to go toe to toe with a BH and even then you'd better be the one starting the fight.
