I just went on leave for a month. What I would like your all's opinion on; are rifles, given their pros and cons, balanced with the other firearms. As an individual working toward Ranger, should I start over with another weapon. I've made it to Rifle III (specialist, I think).

I had two concerns before I left a month ago: 1) Have/are they going to increase the range on rifles. Their didn't seem to be that much difference between rifles and carbines (I don't think the difference between an effective range of 40 and 60 is really that much). 2) Does camoflauge work in PvP. If the answer is no on both of these, doesn't that make rifles extremely undesirable in PvP?

My advice is that if you intend to master rifle, it is worth it in PvP. If you can only get a few boxes, you are better off elsewhere.

The bang for the buck with rifle is in the higher tier skills. I don't mean only the specials, but the modifiers as well. Without master level speed, accuracy and defenses, you are at a significant disadvantage in PvP.
