No. Though my AR15 is a pre-ban so I could put a collapsable stock on it. I don't like those as they are a bit shorter than the fixed stock and don't fit my arm length well. Though it still wouldn't be a true M4 since the barrel would be to long. Also the M4 is a class III weapon and as such you would need a class III dealers license with a sample letter to get one since the M4 is post '86.
Not to worry though. The Clinton gun ban is set to expire in the US in Sept so you should be able to get a semi-auto version of the M4 after Sept sometime. Once that law sunsets youwill probably see a drop onprices for"assault rifles" (by this I mean the semi-autos that look like military rifles and are called "assault rifles" by the misinformed) and for high capacity magazines.![]()
