Ok, maybe I should post this on the WS board but I like hearing this from riflemen - never been a crafter so I don't always get the jargon
How many Krayt tissues go into one gun? I read on the jawa thread those take 6. How about T-21s?
Can anyone give a range of what good tissues are? (like what is an average -> uber)

Base tissues are +30 to max damage and -.3 to weapon speed. Uber tissues go well into the 100s for damage and can lower the refire rate by a second per shot.
The tissues are used to make the blaster power handelers that go into your gun. If a gun takes more than one BPH to make, they must all be made from a single factory run. In order to do a run, your smith needs to use up one tissue to make the schematic, and the rest may be used for the actual crafting of BPHs. A max drop of 11 tissues will give you 10 BPHs that can be used in any combination of weapons, adding to 10.
DLT20s & E11s take 1 BPH to craft.
SG82s take 2.
Laser Rifles & Bowcasters take 3.
Jawas & Tenloss rifles take 5.
T21s take 10.
So the short answer that aJawa takes 6 is misleading, because one drop of 11 tissues can make 2 Jawas.
Tuskens, Spraystick & Berzerkers can't use Kryat tissue, they use 1 Gorax shard or Spider Fang.
