if u want to go for mind dmg, take up master, since u'll be one helluva lot faster with the dmg... but if i'd have to choose from concealshot or mind dmg without the speed-tree, i'd go for conceal...

So how good is x4xx , i beleive you can fire in a mob without it knowing about it? is that correct?
Not including the speed tree, you beleive this one is the best?
I find flamer on the commando tree good but not very good at range which i hope to improve by doing a bit of rifieman

You speed mod will be to low to make very effective use of the T21. That is the main issue with only taking part of rifle. At a bare min I usually recommend 4/1/3/4. That gives the most speed and accuracy mods while getting the best AoE and ConcealShot.
Only taking one you are probably going for 2/1/0/0. That gives you ConcealShot and some accuracy. But ConcealShot has a high delay so you are going to be firing rather slow.

if you are only going 2/1/0/0 I would suggest getting a DRX-6b with an imperial stock. (availible from the imp themepark) use base (or better) krayt tissues and no scope. That will give you a fairly fast, accurate, powerful weapon. With the increased krayt spawn, tissues, esp base, are pretty cheap. Unless you bring your own, an imperial stock usually cost around 200k though. You could also go the E11 route if you have some nice tissues but don't have enough to make a DXR-6b , again use imp stocks. There base acc is a little lower than a acid rifles, so you may want to throw a scope with some points in speed on it.

You can't stock an E11, or experiment a scope for speed.

But without x/x/2/x he won't be certed for the disruptor. Unless something has changed that I'm not aware of.

'Ello 'Ello, What have we here?
Well, my 'shoe-in-of-the-week' would be the concealment combo mentioned above, the 2-1-0-0. In your position, i would personally use a damage sliced with Krayt Tissues Laser Rifle or E11. You have the certs and provided you provide the loot components it will not be expensive for a Weaponsmith to knock one up for you.
You mentioned you looted some Krayt tissues, what is the Max damage?
With 8 tissues I would reccomend trying for a Krayt E11 and hoping to God you get a 25%+ damage slice. If I remember correctly the E11 Rifle only uses 1 Krayt Tissue, so, if I am correct, you will have 8 attempts at a good slice, which should guarentee in something you can be happy with
So, with your new skills, you could use them like this:
You have decided to fight a Nightsister, you could start off by lieing prone, taking cover, and firing conceal shot. Although conceal shot takes quite a while to actually kill anything. You do not need to be armoured if you are careful. If, on the rare occassion that your enemy might spot you, they may charge you, you can either hop on a swoop and run for the hills, or switch to Teras Kasi and use /Unarmedhit3, you will already have done some damage to the health bar, and you may choose to set their health bar on fire with your commando skills. Their health should drop quite fast anyhow, especially as you have Positive Mods to Melee in your FRS branches.
This seems to be like quite a good all round template.

Um... you might want to rephrase that.
