Get a rifle with a good rate of fire. And SpamStartle shot. Your opponent Will NOT be able to fight back, and you do High damage.
It's fully spammable.

Nerf it or keep it. Just let me know what you want done so I can re-spec appropriately.

As bad as I hate to say it I agree, its more broke than combat was pre CU (Which is less than now, thats neither here nor there though). I keep wondering how these things get past TC.
Love the ability, but seriously just wow.
