Thread: Explosive Shell Rifle?

K I keep hearing about this gun? What is great about it only that its kinetic or something? Also is it as powerful as a T-21. If so how do they fair in PVP and PVE?

it just looks cool...and does kinetic. T21 or laser are better

I guess it's an ok gun, According to the discription is says that the shells "explode" on impact causing "blast" damage. I don't know if this is an AOE weapon that does BLAST damageor not. (never bothered getting the schematic or looking for someone who has made it to try it out.)
