Why not do the most obvious but overlooked change? Move the T21 cert to intermediate (possibly Master?) Rifleman. Leave the stats as they should be.........huge damage, moderate maybe lengthy speed, and heavy armor peircing...........just move the freaking cert so that not everyone with a few lower-level skills can run around with it. After all, you have to have a few skills in BH and other elites to get certs for acid rifles or flamethrowers and such.................why isn't the T21 higher up the rifleman tree? Extremely poor planning by devs. And to ask for opinions that are a resounding 100% "NO, don't do that. Are you nuts?" responses and to just go ahead and make the change..........that' just complete BULLS-HIT!

im not a master rifleman yet, so i would lose my t21 for a few weeks till i got there, but it would make a lot more sense to have the rifleman's most powerful weapon at master rather than novice... and give it more power, yea i said it MORE! muahahaha

Is it me, or does it seem like the Dev's keep us playing a game like a cat chasing a string? They keep leading us around with this "we're listening" crap. Give us 10% of what we rightfully deserve, then take 5% of that away again. So now we are stuck with chasing them again to get back that 5% before we can start pushing to get the other 90%. It's a pretty clever ploy to keep people jumping profession to profession. Each time they drop one and pick up another.......they have to play that much longer. Which means more $$ for SOE. Are they really thinking..."If we can keep you wasting your time for 5 months before you are able to play as seriously as you want"..........that's nearly $75 extra bucks PER account before things are settled and we can all get on playing the way the game should have played from day 1. 3 million accounts......x 75.........that's milking some serious change before the REAL game gets underway. (IMHO a count of 3 million accounts may be low, tons and tons of players have 2 or 3 accounts open) Wish I could avoid going to jail by conning that much dough from the public.
