I think we should, We should at least get the Ghuille<sp> suit if not something else.

On rifles i always thought we should have a choice for the style of rifle we want

Spraystick - Fast Closerange rifle Low damage

E11 - More consistent medium powered rifle Good spd

Laser - Big Hits Bad variance slightly slower then the E11

T21 - Powerful but Very slow.

Thats how i play ... my rifles are for different situations Spraystick i use for dungeon raids close quarter combat. E11 is usually my soloing Rifle since i hit for about 1k with it a headshot and its very consistent. My laser rifle I use more in groups for the Big bang value and not having to worry about hitting the mob for 70 the next shot Since other people are also doing damage.

well you can't say SoE is just in it for the money, because if they were they would open up classic servers and double thier income.

How about the option to have all the rifle xp spent put into another pool? That way we can go with every other cookie cutter character out there.

If you ask me, we should ask that pistols suffer a greater penalty when hit with melee attacks.

This is getting to be my #1 temptation for just dropping the rifle and switching to pistol. This is really a huge disadvantage for us, especially in large scale PvP where a TKA can get a chance to sneak up on someone. They sneak up on a pistoleer, they do low damage and get pistol whipped, they sneak up on a rifleman and we get hit for 500 post-nerf PvP damage once a second. So I could switch to pistol, be doing the same or better ranged attack damage and ALSO not be vulnerable to melee? Sweet.

Basically, I don't think SOE will bring us up to the level of pistoleers and carbineers.

The question, then, is how they can bring pistoleers and carbineers down to our level.

Well I was/am mad we got nerfed. I never thought we were overpowered. But here is a Holoclown post I found in the TKA forum. You may want to hold off on switching classes for abit.

"That's why I keep saying "don't compare yourselves to pistoleer" (or whatever). As I mentioned in the "Open Discussion On Balancing" thread in SWG Discussion, everyone feels they are underpowered because they are comparing themselves to pistoleers. But they're missing the point that pistoleers are way OVERpowered, and so is most everyone else. If we balance everyone off of pistoleer, the game will be WAY easier, you'll run out of content in a trice, you'll say there's no high end game, etc etc. And the core of the issue isn't that there's no tough mobs, is that players are way way overpowered."

It seems the Pistoleers are about to be getting some Sony lovin real soon. Heck, they might even go so far as to say Commandoes are working as intended after the next round of class loving. After the way that the Commandoes jump all over us in the threads related to us. I will have to agree Commandoes are fine as they are.

After his post in our thread, why do you feel you can believe anything Holocron says?

Hell yeah we should demadn something....alittle lube so that T21 doesn't chafe when they cram it in our hole. But by god, I'm gonna have the most nifty paperweight you ever saw. Sure am glad I know someone that makes good laser rifles. Now if we couuld just get them with the optional scopes and stocks....Seems every weapon makers I have taked to says it's not worth adding them because it still adds to be a crunch on your ham bars to make it worthwhile. Plus, ever try asking a weapon maker to make you a single custom gun? Forget it, they want to make job lots of weapons so they can sell. You might be happy with a higher ham,but if they think the won't be able to sell the other 90 they made in their factory...well then just get used to doing the Urban Cutdown look.
