This is a very simple plea to the Devs. Get yourself some mid-range Riflemen on one of the servers. Go overt in an opposing town. Go hunting. Try to get in a group. Spend a few hours in the world you meticulously created. Now try it with a mid-range Bounty Hunter or Pistoleer or Carbiner. That T21 will be spamming 3000 damage again by the end of the week.

It says that at the top of every reply. The Devs sure aren't making that easy.

I wouldnt use the term "spamming" being that we only get to shoot once every ten seconds...
