I think that with AP3 as a (master)rifleman in PvP we are going to kill you 1on1 if you are not equipped with armor. Equipping armor will protect you and make the odds better and more balanced as well as reducing every one elses HAM regeneration rate and increasing the ammount of HAM required for specials. That would disable some of the professions from spamming as much.

I dont know the exact numbers but I think it makes sense a bit. If you choose not to equip armor and take advantage of all resources in the game then that is on you if you do not "balance" pvp.

Am I making sense or have I pulled 10 all nighters too many?

Let me know what you think plz. Especially people with experience in the RifleMan Class (mainly masters or close to).
