This doesn't just apply to riflemen anyone can do this , buy some appropriate surveying tools, and a few small harvester and sell the resourceson the bazzar, I sell Wind power and endorian berries and make a killing , It took awhile to find the planet/town with the right demand for them but now I log on everyday to about 30k in resource sales, Wind power is a must so you don't need to buy it yourself to power your mining structures. Alot of people buy in bulk but alot more impulse shop at the bazzar. Try it before you knock it hehe.

This isn't the easiest or the best way to make money, I just wanted to share my experiences.
