Is that tree working and is Sneak worth training?


Does it work with Players or only NPCs?

Once you have sneak, you no longer get the 'limping' from using cover. It was worth it at one point, but from what I've seen now, it's a waste of skill points.

Nothing is a waste of skill points, as those can be recovered. More like a waste of xp points if you do not plan on keeping it. However, if you want master rifleman you will need to retain all rifleman skills.
