Does rifle have a Dizzy and a KD?

no a dizzy and position down


which together can equal a kd


position down just means they go from standing to kneeling, kneeling to prone, if they try to stand up while dizzy then they fall down

No.

Flurry 1/2 cause dizzy, but riflemen do not have a KD.

And riflemen do not have posture down either, its part of the marksman tree(suppression fire).

They do have a posture up though. Startle shot I think it is.

heh i forgot that it was in the marksman ranged support, use that stuff too much that i consider it rifle

The Dizzy posture change knockdown effect has effectively been destroyed in the latest patches however. So don't expect it to work anywhere near the same as it used to.
