depends on how high the mod is and what server you're on.

I shop around on the bazaar terms for the lower lev ones an pay between 5 an 20 k dependin on what they are , end of the day there all a + in the accuracy/speed stakes , always a good few knockin around.

Anyone know what drops AA/CAs that may have rifle/ranged mods?

Dark Jedi Masters/Knight. You can get a mission to kill one from the Imp Prison on Dath, in order to do the first part of the quest you must be Imperial though.
