Anyone know? is it from the Rodian Hunters camp on kash? one of the quest?

The quest starts in the first Trandoshan Slaver Camp with a Trando named Boshaz. Talk to him and just do what he tells you and so on, you might want to get your pilot skills up if you haven't already because you have to destroy a few tier 4 Blackscale ships. The quest ultimately gives you access to the Avatar Space Platform.
