sorry pressed enter too early.
this thread i wanted to ask experienced riflemen on how they hit master.. did they group? if so, what did you group that you found was best xp? what was usual grp make-up?
did you solo? what tactics did you use? conceal shot? did you have a pet tank? any other tactics?
just trying to hit master riflemen as fast as humanly possible lol, thanks

Solo with banthas at first then pikets. I'd group with a friend every so often just to have someone to be with and talk to.

pls it would help me a lot more by saying *how* to hunt them... do you use conceal shot? do headshots and tank them straight up? just telling me mob names doesnt help too much

/Headshot2 + Muon/Food/Drink + (Savage/Whatever) Quenkers = Master Rifleman.
3k xp a kill. Good money. Close missions.

do you guys use armor? if so what kind? composite or ubese? i heard some riflemen don't and it makes you be able to spam your specials really well specially with drinks/spices..

didn't know you were AI, Aridor... or i'd have kept all that advice to myself.
ah well, friendly rivalries are made of such things. I hope to strafe you to death at some point in the near future.

sigh.. sometimes i wish ppl would just look past factions and just try to help out real players.. ive never denied anything to anyone due to what faction they were, and dont worry.. im not big into pvp.. i doubt we will ever fight eachother.

the first time i mastered rifle i was also working on CH. so i was hunting a lot of yard trash while raising my CH levels and leveling rifle asa secondary thing. at the time the double XP pet nerf was around the corner so i was concentrating on getting the most i could out of CH. i finally got to the point where i could use my grandwrix. i then shifted to pikets on dantooine and quickly mastered rifle on those and CH as well.
the second time i mastered rifle i was already master CH and had a gurreck. this time i just went and ran rancor missions on dathomir. i used the method of going up flushing2 first then sniping. i had almost 300k combat XP to boost the speed in the abilities tree. i mastered that time in around 5 days.
the fastest way is flushing2 but it requires someone or something else to tank for you.

Well, I Mastered Rifleman when the BEST rifle you could get on starsider was a DLT20... I kid you not. No resources had spawned to make lasers or T21s. I grouped with many people and did pubam missions on endor
