with doctor u can make your own buffs and also make some good money selling buffs.

so i would like to know, thx

oh and would it even be possible to master all 3 at once, cause that would be crazy

but thats just me i just like the flamethrower ive had carbine,pistols but ill guess i just like big guns

i am planning to doo rifle/doc,original idea was rifle/tkm, however there was talk of benifites not stacking, eg you only get the resistance to knockdown from TKA when you are unarmed. can anyone explain to me how it works.

if you are out for a fight take MRM / TKA, that is a real killer combination.

If you wanta more social profession I would take MRM / Doc.

If you are only a Doc for the buffs to help yourself, I would only dabble in Doc and invest the remaining points in something else or give up the whole idea and still rely on other Docs to buff you

Is master marksman needed to be effective as a master rifleman? I'm contemplating a TKM/MRM combo, where would the points from master marksman be best invested in, if master marksman is not worth it?

Master Marksman isn't "needed" to be effective as a Rifleman, it's just the Icing on the cake if you want more speed firing your specials. I dropped it to finish my template. Always wanted to be a Rifleman / TKM. If I can find a Rifle Speed tape I'll be a happy chappy! I really have a hard time convincing myself to spend millions on one, I'd be far more satisfied finding one myself.


As far as the MRM/TKM combo, it's a lot of fun in PVE and PVP. Though it doesnt leave you a lot of points to spend elsewhere.. I took medic 1 0 0 0 and Scout 4 0 2 0. I might change around the Scout skills a bit.


In reply to anothe poster, I seriously hope they don't stop the defence stacking between the two professions, it's really only the Melee / Ranged / Status defenses that stack. The Melee and Ranged defense is decent but not Uber ( +120 Ranged / +100 Melee ) and the status defenses are really average, all except the Posture change.


There's been a bit of talk about the Defense Stacking Nerf, as far as I can tell it's only the Secondary defenses that are getting split Dodge / Counterattack / Block. Which is fair enough because once you get through the initial Melee or Ranged defenses is when the secondaries come into play and you Dodge etc... There is very little you can do to combat those secondary defenses and I think that is what the Dev's are trying to rectify. You can cut through good Melee / Ranged Defense through Accuracy in your Template or on your Weapon. Only certain status effects lower the Secondary defenses and to get them to stick you generally have to hit the person first.. which can be a problem.

I am TKM, Master Brawler, and working my way up to 4/4/0/4 Rifleman and it is a blast.I also have a bit of scout just for some variety. I basically blast things away until they come running up to me. Then I just KD/Dizzy, 20 sec warcry and it is pretty much good night Irene after that.

I personally am Master Rilfe and 4440 Doc I can bufff myself almost as good as a master, so when i die i am back at full combat status in under 3 min. PLus it realy helps in dealing with CM's and flamers. I would get the crafting portion but skillpoints are tied up in artisan.

I think I am going to give MCM a shot, heh, we have the specialized shots to take advantage of the poisons, so heh why not. Give the Carebears something to scream about.

I can solo anything short of a krayt dragon and I am not too bad at PVP


Took this template becase (as you know) when you shoot something the 1st thing it does is run up to you...I want to hold my own a long and close range.
