lol i just had one made the other day.

11 +55 tissues

it came out "ok" 205-504 39% wound with out powerup and with a **edit**ty 20% damage slice

im on tempest so our T21 arent the greatest. lol it pretty good compared to the other t21 on my server though

Come back and post the result.. iwant to knowwhat i could have done with 11 (+86 dmg, -0.6 speed) tissues

A speed slice would be good, I bet the devs are seriously going to look at rifle speed in the 'balance' publish. In fact didn't one of them already mention that?

No, a speed slice would be bad. At master plus master marksman we fire our specials at very close to the 1 second cap. The only things the devs will do is make the cap larger (possibly 3 seconds) making it so that we cannot beat 3 seconds which means that at master marksman and mid lvl rifleman speed will be pointless. Damage is what you need and damage is surely what you won't get. Lowsy law of averages.

woah.. i have an unsliced rifle with a powerup and its 650 max damage.
