Is it recommended to make all my mind stats maxed out (human) and then just rely on doctor buffs all the time? I figure that if I have 1000 focus + muon gold specials will take 0 mind from me. Whats good stat migration for a future master rifleman.

i run around with 500/400/400 500/400/400 800/1100/1000
i find that 400 HA is a little too low to kill with, without stat increases, and still take moderate damage.

Right now i prefer my 650/400/400 , 650/400/400, 800/1000/700 - we have good brandy on our server (350+per shot) and i've got mountains of glucose pate and muon. i can wear a full suit of good composite armor and still have just over 1300 mind when on brandy alone.
having a little bit of health and action will prevent 1 shot kills in TEF wars, most of the time. (though you still have to eat ryshcate and breath of heaven if you want to use anything other than rifle specials (I also use fencing specials).
for PVE> yeah, it's easy enough to get doc buffs before you strike out for PVE - so whatever works for ya.
