It would be interesting to hear how different masters feel about character templates. Considerations such as philosophies about protecting close ranges, which shots are favored and if anyone is stacking them (why and against what targets), use of pets, etc. Anything you think defines a fighting system ...

Im a master heavy swordsman/rifleman. I just get buffed and go to town. Not much I cant solo. Just have to use some tactics.

I still can't find a better/tougher pve template than the rifle/tk. TK are great for lairs, rifle is great to get out of trouble. TK has the meditation line and Force of will which is uber. But the swordsman is the strongest melee so you could it out.

Master rifleman master ch master scout.

When it comes to hunting I can take down pretty much anything the game can throw at me. Some nightsisters, singing clans, geneoshan dungeon excepted. Haven't tried to solo a kryat or an albatross yet, but as I am a wookie and have not had armor I do not think I would be able to take them.

I don't play well with others however. I will be grinding rancor lairs for cash and loots and somebody will ask to join me. Inevitably he will be working on the marksmen branch of a weapon. We go out on the hunt and he complains about me attacking the mind and taking xp. He complains about me taking loots. He is adding nothing to the mix except for bait and whining. He gets enough xp to get to carbines 2 and gets mad at me for not having it to train him.
