Thread: keeping ranged support in marksman tree

I have master rifle, and i'm thinking of surrendering the entire ranged support in the marksman tree to free up some points. Anyone have any advice on this one way or the other. Anyone who's done this noticed any difference to their rifle performance?

you lose a slight bit of speed but as long as your weapon is not too much above 7.0 it doesnt matter much

Thanks for the reply. I went ahead and surrenderd it and I could not see an immediate difference. If i discover something of great value that is lossed without ranged support I'll come back here and post.

you will also have tons of combat XP to pick it back up again through normal hunting if you decide you want to revist it. but to make marksmen even a hint of worthwhile for rifle it really needs to be at master.
