Does our KD actually work in PvP?
By KD I mean FS2 with suppression fire (yes I know its a marksman skill)
And if it does work, how many shots does it typically take to get the dizzy to stick and then the supression to work?
Is there any point to using at all? Or is it just not reliable enough.

yes, it works, particularly on running targets. they try to stand automatically from the suppression.
