Thread: PVE combat, is there a rifleman special that effects the Health pool?

what specials do you use, and wich ham pool do they effect and how? =D

well rifleman is a mind dmg profession. therefore the only intened thing is the mind and the rest is random i think.


btw, u got a good chance to solo a kray with 12 pets commandos and riflemans


I use flurry shot 2 sometimes for dizzy and flushing shot, headhit3 and strafe 2

we don't have one that affects health only. we do have strafeshot though. its a random ham field but hits health like 60% of the time

Conceal shot affects the health pool

all of our shots are random pool except for headshot and mindshot. there is no shot the only targets health. that is a pistoleer function. all our other specials target HAM randomly based on a rough 60/30/10 split.

Um all shots take away all HAM, so yeah if you buff your mind and spam specials you can kill your HA bars

and Barb pistoleer takes from the action pool I know of no profession that drains mostly from health

that's not true.. carbine, tka, cm, and pike target action pools.. pistols, tka, cm and fencers target health. riflemen, swordsman, bh, cm, and tka can hit mind.

also, fire dots are health hits, even if the initial damage didn't hit the health pool.

i was speaking of the big three. rifles specifically target mind pistols health carbines action.

the weapon special costs are greatest in each class for the pool that each type targets.

no concealshot is random, the only targetable pool attack we have is mind with headshot, the rest are random.


Random though hit health 60% of the time or something like that. it breaks down to 60 for health 30 for action and 10 for mind i think, but dont quote me.

not target the drain of the specials. the HAM costs of each special attack.
