Thread: How much of a difference do accuracy skill tapes make?

Well I'm a Master Rifleman/Master CM...and if it didn't already hit you, I'm a PvP'er...And in PvP, I miss...miss...and miss some more, and it's a pain in the ass. So that's the reason I'm after rifle accuracy skill tapes. I currently have 2 armor attachments, one for 2, the other 3. I am also currently bidding on 2 more rifle accuracy attachments, 6 and 8.
How much of a difference will this make in PvP? That's +17 accuracy should I win those auctions...I also realize that after getting +5 rifle speed, you hit the cap....and no matter what the speed for the gun is, you shoot at 1.0?
And lastly, how effective are rifle acc. while moving skill tapes? I only have +1, which I'm going to assume don't do much, but I plan on looking out for them in the future.

Well regardless on how many attachements you buy of one type, the cap is +25, so +17 accuracy id say is pretty good, accuracy while moving, i dont know about, Speed always good, as if not master marksman, can have the +5 to supplement more speed,
