Thread: Reconnaisance armor? what is it?

I see this on the rifleman skillsas Imgoing up.. is it a type of armor and if is whats the name i look for if want to buy some. Sorry to sound newbish but im new back from game after long hiatus. Is it good armor for a ranger/riflemen? thank you for any help

All armor is now classified as either Recon, Battle or Assault.
