if your a low-level rifleman, get Quick-Charge Couplers, mine go for 550 a pop, and increase speed 33%, with a random secondary stat.. Sometimes the secondary stat maybe 16% Mind Pool Drain Decrease, which is great for HS.. Alot fo my Couplers lately have been having a third stat too, which is usually like a 6% bonus, sometimes to range, sometimes to min or max damage, it depends also...

If your a higher level, grab some Hot-Wired Couplers, mine also go for 550 a pop, and increase Max Damage 33%.. Secondary stats are also random, and the rest applies as in the last paragraph..

I hope it doesn't sound like Im advertising here, Im not, just trying to pass the word to those that don't know the extreme benefit these are to us..
